HKUST conferred Honorary Fellowships upon six distinguished individuals: Ms. Cally CHAN Shan-Shan, Mr. Vincent CHEUNG Sai-Sing, Prof. Mak Kin-Fai, Dr. Frank TONG Fuk-Kay, Prof. David WANG Der-Wei, and Dr. ZHOU Lidong (listed in alphabetical order by surname). QS released the latest global rankings for MBA programs. HKUST ranked 49th this year, overtaking HKU to become the top-ranked university in HK. In response to a media enquiry, HKUST stated that rankings are one metric among many for evaluating university performance, emphasizing long-term teaching and research standards demonstrated by the University are more important. The University's MBA program, highly recognized across various indicators, will continue to evolve.
